Domestic - We're happy to offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD! For US orders under $100 USD see shipping costs below. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions.

**Overnight orders ship same day if the order is placed before 1pm EST. All orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day. All Overnight orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will ship the following Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday.
***Overnight Saturday delivery is available to be selected on Fridays. If the order is placed before 1pm EST it will ship same day with a Saturday delivery date.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Your Order Processing + Shipping Time?
Orders will be processed within the next 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed, unless the order contains any stock discrepancies. As such, your delivery date will be the processing time + shipping time of the shipping method you select. For orders with Standard or Economy Shipping, placed after 6am ST, processing time will start the following business day. For orders with Express or Overnight shipping, placed after 1pm EST, processing time will start the following business day. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday.
WHAT DO I DO IF I INPUTTED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED IT CHANGED?
Our Client Care team will do their best to honor any address changes once the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee any changes. Once the order has been place, our team immediately starts preparing your order for shipment. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you charge Taxes + Duties on International orders?
For orders shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom; all taxes and duties are already included in the price of your order.
For all other international orders, the taxes and duties will be calculated and paid at checkout.
If the client refuses to pay the duties/tax and their order is sent back to Montce, the client will be refunded with the return shipping and duties/tax deducted.
How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
You have a 21 day window after delivery to return an item and 30 days to exchange.
What If I Need My Order By A Certain Date?
If you need an order delivered by a certain timeframe, need to change your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please text us at (786)-590-0216 and we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order is already being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to make any adjustments. If an order has already shipped and is in transit, we cannot make any adjustments.
My package is lost. What should I do?
If you purchased shipping protection - Please click here to file a claim and we will work to get a resolution and/or order a complimentary replacement on your behalf.
If you did not purchase shipping protection - Montce Swim is not responsible for lost/stolen packages; however, we will try our hardest to make sure the carrier locates your package or offers a reimbursement check.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes? Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Montce does ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These packages will be sent through USPS regardless of the shipping method chosen.
I am missing something from my order. What should I do?

I forgot to add my discount code, can I add it after I place my order?
If you do not want to reorder, or your order has shipped out already, we can offer a one time exception to retroactively apply the code to your order manually! If you would like to apply a code to your order please contact our Client Care team and we will happily do this for you as long as the code is still valid and applicable to the items in your order!
When will my pre order item ship?
You will see the "PREORDER" in red on the product page along with the estimated ship date. If an order contains a pre-order item, the rest of your order will ship first. Once we have the pre-order item in stock, we will ship the remaining item out and you will receive another tracking confirmation email.
