What is the Sample Sale Return/Exchange Policy?
All Sample Sale items are 'Exchange Only' – meaning they can be returned for another product. Exchange shipping will be at the customers expense.
What exactly is a "sample"? If an item is listed as "damaged" where is the damage?
These pieces are a mix of true samples, one of a kind pieces, or production pieces that did not make it through our rigorous quality control standards – which is why they are heavily discounted. Sample Sale items differ sightly in sizing, fit, or coloring, when compared to other Montce products. By purchasing this item you are confirming you are aware that there might be inconsistencies with it. Any item in our sale that is listed as "damaged" will have a brief description of the damage as well as a photo of the damage.
Sample sale shipping and processing timelines
Due to high demand during our Sample Sale Event, our distribution centers may experience slight delays in processing times. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for order processing during this time. Total time to receive your order will be processing time + the shipping method chosen at checkout. Any orders with Fedex Overnight chosen at checkout will not be affected. We appreciate your patience.
CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE ON MY SAMPLE SALE PURCHASE?
Any discount codes (including the Welcome Code) cannot be combined with any of our Sample Sale discounts or products. However, it does not expire, so if you would like to use it later on your 2nd or 3rd purchase that's totally acceptable :)
ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:
Any orders containing Sample Sale products cannot be edited or canceled after the order has been placed due to the high demand. We highly encourage you to review your order before placing it.
