Frequently Asked Questions
What is Your Order Processing + Shipping Time?
Orders will be processed within the following 1-2 business days from the day the order is placed. As such, your delivery date will be the processing time + shipping method selected. For orders with Standard or Economy shipping, placed after 6am EST, processing time will start the following business day. For orders with Express or Overnight shipping, placed after 1pm EST, processing time will start the following business day. Orders placed on Friday may not ship until Monday, unless placed with Overnight Saturday Delivery before 1pm on Friday for domestic orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF I INPUTTED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED IT CHANGED?
Our Client Care team will do their best to honor any address changes once the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee any changes. Once the order has been placed, our team immediately starts preparing your order for shipment. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you charge Taxes + Duties on International orders?
For orders shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom; all taxes and duties are already included in the price of your order.
For all other international orders, the taxes and duties will be calculated and paid at checkout.
If the client refuses to pay the duties/tax and their order is sent back to Montce, the client will be refunded with the return shipping and duties/tax deducted.
How long do I have to return/exchange an item?
You have a 21 day window after delivery to return an item and 30 days to exchange.
What If I Need My Order By A Certain Date?
If you need an order delivered by a certain timeframe, need to change your shipping method, or need to make any adjustments on your shipment please text us at (786)-590-0216 and we will try our best to accommodate you. If an order is already being prepared for shipment, we may not be able to make any adjustments. If the order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot make any adjustments.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes? Do you ship to APO/FPO?
Montce does ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. These packages will be sent through USPS regardless of the shipping method chosen.
When will my pre order item ship?
You will see the "PREORDER" in red on the product page along with the estimated ship date. If an order contains a pre-order item, the rest of your order will ship first. Once we have the pre-order item in stock, we will ship the remaining item out and you will receive another tracking confirmation email.
